In 2025 we launch a new coaching methodology fit for the turbulence of the moment - ECvibe
E - FIRE has emerged as a leadership coaching methodology and mindset in educational, research and consultancy activities over some two decades. eFIRE is held in a shared agreement between InterCoach and QUT Graduate School of Business. It is designed for navigating tension, acknowledging the nature of the times as we experience volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity (VUCA) . eFIRE is a ‘meta-methodology’ that is compatible with other foundational approaches to leadership, coaching and change that have emerged over time (such as GROW, Agile, Design Thinking, and Intentional Change Theory)

My career includes:
- Strategic planning with the Special Broadcasting Service (Australia)
- Research, coaching and consulting in Latin America with multinational corporations
- Facilitating post graduate leadership coaching programs in the QUT Graduate School of Business, including the establishment of an executive graduate certificate in Leadership Coaching
- Coaching executives and executive teams for growth and high performance
- Mentoring an Australia New Zealand team of coaches for the Ford Motor Company’s global Consumer Experience Movement
- Designing and refining the eFIRE Leadership Coaching methodology and mindset
- Writing and speaking about Leadership Coaching and global coaching, including as co-editor of The Routledge Companion to International Business Coaching (Moral and Abbott, 2011).
